Rates
Hourly rates, printed in public.
Every vehicle, every minimum, and the complete fee structure — so you know the number before you pick up the phone.
What it costs
Two models, both published. A single airport run is a flat fare by vehicle class; everything else is an hourly charter.
Airport transfers — your address to the terminal
Your price to Will Rogers World Airport
Choose your vehicle and tell us where you are. The price is the same whether we are collecting you or dropping you off.
Distances are the driving distance to Will Rogers World Airport, measured by Google Maps. A transfer is a single run in one direction — if you want the vehicle to stay with you, that is an hourly charter.
| Vehicle | First 10 miles | Each mile after |
|---|---|---|
| Sedan | $130 | $4 a mile |
| SUV | $185 | $5 a mile |
| The Regent | $255 | $6 a mile |
| The Lancelot | $347 | $6 a mile |
| The Avalon | $347 | $6 a mile |
| The Knight Life | $347 | $6 a mile |
| The Monarch | $486 | $6 a mile |
The first 10 miles are in the fare.
Past that, each vehicle has its own rate per mile. We measure the driving distance between your address and Will Rogers World Airport, and it is the same price whether we are collecting you or taking you there.
An 8% fuel surcharge and a 2.75% card fee are added to every booking.
The calculator above has already added them. The number it shows is the number you pay.
An airport transfer is a single run to or from the terminal. If you want the vehicle to stay with you — a day of meetings, a wedding, a night out — that is an hourly charter instead, priced by the hour below.
Charters — the vehicle stays with you, by the hour
Hourly charter rates
| Vehicle | Per hour |
|---|---|
| The Monarch Maybach | $290 |
| The Pendragon | $290 |
| The Lancelot | $225 |
| The Avalon | $225 |
| The Regent | $225 |
| The Knight Life | $225 |
Charters are hourly — the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you, and the rate never changes because traffic did. A single airport run is priced separately, as a flat fare by vehicle class.

The rules, in plain English
Six things worth knowing up front. None of them are buried in the terms.
Same-day bookings welcome
We take same-day reservations whenever we have a vehicle free. There is no minimum notice — book as soon as you know your plans and we will confirm availability straight back.
Early and late journeys add $100
Journeys before 7 AM or after 10 PM carry a $100 charge. It covers a chauffeur's night rather than the vehicle, so it is the same flat amount whichever one you book.
Paid in full at booking
The full amount is taken when you book. There is no deposit option and nothing left to settle on the day — once payment completes, the reservation is confirmed.
Gratuity is yours to set
Optional, and entirely your call. Choose 15%, 18% or 20% at checkout, add your own amount, or leave none at all. It is calculated on the base rate, never on the fees.
No cancellations
No cancellations are allowed. A client who cancels may receive a credit on file to be applied toward a future booking.
No smoking or vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Excalibur vehicle, on any booking, by any passenger.
Excalibur operates only within the state of Oklahoma. We do not accept bookings that leave the state.
We run the whole state — Oklahoma City metro & statewide Oklahoma — but we do not cross the state line.
Rates & booking, answered
What areas do you serve?
Oklahoma City metro & statewide Oklahoma. We have dedicated coverage across the Oklahoma City metro, Tulsa, and Stillwater, and we travel anywhere in Oklahoma on request. Excalibur operates only within the state of Oklahoma. We do not accept bookings that leave the state.
How do I get a quote?
Call (405) 885-8670 and you will get a firm number on the phone, usually inside a couple of minutes. You can also send a request through the booking form and we will come back to you with a flat quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellations are allowed. A client who cancels may receive a credit on file to be applied toward a future booking.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed, bonded & fully insured. We carry every permit required to operate chauffeured transportation in Oklahoma, and we are happy to provide certificates of insurance for corporate and venue requirements.
How are rides priced?
Two ways, depending on what you are booking. A single airport transfer is a flat fare set by vehicle class — $150 sedan, $200 SUV, $275 Sprinter — covering the first 10 miles, with every mile over 10 at $5. Everything else is an hourly charter: the vehicle's hourly rate multiplied by the hours booked, with a minimum that depends on the day. Either way the same three fixed percentages are added — an 8% fuel surcharge, a 2.75% credit card usage fee, and a 5% administration fee — and you choose the gratuity: 20%, 25%, 30%, or an amount you set. That is the complete fee structure. Nothing else.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes, and it depends on the day. Monday to Thursday the minimum is two hours. Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is three hours before 4 PM, and four hours from 4 PM onwards. The minimum applies to every vehicle in the fleet.
How far in advance do I have to book?
At least four hours before your pickup time. We also cannot accept an overnight booking for a pickup the same night — between 10 PM and 7 AM the system will not take a reservation for a pickup that falls inside that same window. Booking at 2 AM for a later date is perfectly fine. If you are inside that window and genuinely stuck, call us and we will do what we can.
When do I pay?
In full, at the time of booking. There is no deposit option and no balance to settle on the day — the reservation is confirmed once payment is complete.
Can I smoke or vape in the vehicle?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Excalibur vehicle, and that applies to every passenger on every booking.
Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes — dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is what makes 5 a.m. departures and late-arriving red-eyes possible.
