Charters are hourly — the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you, and the rate never changes because traffic did. A single airport run is priced separately, as a flat fare by vehicle class.

They turned back at 12:30 AM to get a choir home Our choir was asked to sing at the YouVersion/Life.Church Billion and Beyond concert at Paycom Center. Derrick Scobey about providing transportation for the LIFE, ACCESS, and RISE students at Douglass High School's prom. These students have a variety of disabilities, and arranging such transportation would have exceeded our budget. However, Excalibur graciously agreed to accommodate the students. Scobey and his drivers arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule… he assisted in lifting wheelchair-bound students on and off the Sprinter vans. What areas do you serve?
Oklahoma City metro & statewide Oklahoma. We have dedicated coverage across the Oklahoma City metro, Tulsa, and Stillwater, and we travel anywhere in Oklahoma on request. Excalibur operates only within the state of Oklahoma. We do not accept bookings that leave the state.
How do I get a quote?
Call (405) 885-8670 and you will get a firm number on the phone, usually inside a couple of minutes. You can also send a request through the booking form and we will come back to you with a flat quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
No cancellations are allowed. A client who cancels may receive a credit on file to be applied toward a future booking.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed, bonded & fully insured. We carry every permit required to operate chauffeured transportation in Oklahoma, and we are happy to provide certificates of insurance for corporate and venue requirements.
How are rides priced?
Two ways, depending on what you are booking. A single airport transfer is a flat fare set by vehicle class — $150 sedan, $200 SUV, $275 Sprinter — covering the first 10 miles, with every mile over 10 at $5. Everything else is an hourly charter: the vehicle's hourly rate multiplied by the hours booked, with a minimum that depends on the day. Either way the same three fixed percentages are added — an 8% fuel surcharge, a 2.75% credit card usage fee, and a 5% administration fee — and you choose the gratuity: 20%, 25%, 30%, or an amount you set. That is the complete fee structure. Nothing else.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes, and it depends on the day. Monday to Thursday the minimum is two hours. Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is three hours before 4 PM, and four hours from 4 PM onwards. The minimum applies to every vehicle in the fleet.
How far in advance do I have to book?
At least four hours before your pickup time. We also cannot accept an overnight booking for a pickup the same night — between 10 PM and 7 AM the system will not take a reservation for a pickup that falls inside that same window. Booking at 2 AM for a later date is perfectly fine. If you are inside that window and genuinely stuck, call us and we will do what we can.
When do I pay?
In full, at the time of booking. There is no deposit option and no balance to settle on the day — the reservation is confirmed once payment is complete.
Can I smoke or vape in the vehicle?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Excalibur vehicle, and that applies to every passenger on every booking.
Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes — dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is what makes 5 a.m. departures and late-arriving red-eyes possible.
